Extended Medical benefit insurance providers

We Direct Bill Insurance.

Georgia West Therapeutics provides direct billing for most extended medical benefit insurance providers.

All extended medical plans vary based on annual amount and amount paid per treatment. We suggest you check with your insurance provider to ensure what level of coverage you have. Please note that in rare cases we cannot guarantee success of direct billing to your 3rd party insurer, as such, please be prepared to pay for your treatment which you can then submit manually for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration for your therapist and other patients, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; otherwise, you will be responsible for the full treatment fee.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Debit, and Credit cards (excluding American Express)
